Venus is one of the more familiar faces of the Divine feminine. But she is extremely complex. She’s very complex she her mental incorporates her holds wraps the narratives of many of the goddesses I work with. She is seen as the goddess of love and love is everything so maybe we end up there, but she her roots tie back to one of the original bridge goddesses, Isis, and Lilith. It appears to me when I dive into myth that the goddesses will become any of the variations necessary to stay life alive in the human mythos. And Venus‘s story appears again, and again, through the dramas of love and war death and resurrection. It’s the following of mythology and listening to different stories or myths over and over that I begin to see that the feminine and masculine appear in mythology in particular archetype always again, and again to illustrate, or leave clues or delivered to us, so that we may become more mythical enchanted are connected to the divine.
